Extreme Clean Professional Cleaning Services recruits honest people to clean your house/office, we check their references and do background checks, and our staff is not hired until our training program is completed successfully.

We are just as concerned as you are about the people you allow into your home or business. You can always count on the Extreme Clean Professional Cleaning team to:

• Be pre-screened for drug use and criminal backgrounds.
• Have extensive, paid training.
• Be fully bonded & insured.
• Never eat, drink, smoke, talk on their cell phones or use any appliance while in your home.
• Be supervised by either owner or assistant manager.
• Always treat your home with complete care and respect.
• Be well organized (to make sure your needs are met in an efficient and costeffective manner)
• Be uniformed.
• Arrive with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Be paid a fair hourly wage that does not increase if they rush through cleaning your home.
• Be rewarded based on the quality of the job and the satisfaction of our clients.
• Pay all federal, state, social security, payroll taxes.
• Have integrity and being good honest hard working individuals.
